InterContinental Adelaide is seeking a friendly, confident concierge to welcome guests, assist with luggage and help create a seamless arrival and departure experience. No prior hotel experience is required; the right attitude and confident interaction with guests are essential to delivering five-star service.

Flexibility to work shifts between 7am and 11pm, including nights, weekends and holidays, is important.

Qualifikationen

• Full driver's license; Australian preferred, but international accepted.
• Ability to lift up to 23kg.
• Flexible to work shifts 7am–11pm including night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Friendly demeanor as guests' first point of contact.
• Excellent communication; handle guest concerns and compliments.
