Qualifications

• 1 year hands-on experience as computer and mobile phone technician.
• Strong knowledge diagnosing and repairing a variety of electronic devices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of operating systems, hardware components, software applications and basic cybersecurity.
• Customer-focused attitude with ability to explain issues clearly.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Availability to work two Saturdays per month as part of the roster.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of operating systems, hardware components, software applications and basic cybersecurity practices.
• A customer-focused attitude and the ability to explain technical issues in clear, easy-to-understand language.
