iMend Tech on the Sunshine Coast is hiring a full-time Computer and Mobile Phone Technician to join our experienced team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a broad range of devices in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months hands-on experience, strong technical skills, and a customer-focused approach to clearly explain issues and solutions.

What you'll be doing

Diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues in laptops, desktops, smartphones, and tablets

Performing data recovery, privacy audits, virus removal, cyber security basics and software troubleshooting

Providing guidance and technical support to customers

Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and repair techniques

Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service

What we're looking for
