King IT is seeking an Apple & Samsung Device Technician to repair and restore popular devices, reporting to the Store Manager. You will engage customers, identify needs, and deliver tailored solutions, supported by our systems and training programs.

You can grow from technician to leader as part of a company expanding rapidly, with ongoing training, induction boot camps, and a strong internal promotion path.

Qualifications

• Non-commercial device-fix experience on Apple & Samsung preferred.
• PC repair experience is a bonus but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new devices and processes.

About the Role

As an Apple & Samsung Device Technician, you’ll report directly to the Store Manager and become the go-to expert for repairing and restoring the most in-demand devices in the world.

But this role is more than just tools and repairs – you’ll engage customers, uncover their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that genuinely improve their tech lives. You’ll be trained in creating customer outcomes that work which is more than just fixing things – all while being backed by our proven systems and a team that wants to see you succeed.

What We’re Looking For

• Non Commercial Experience: Experience fixing devices for personal and friends hardware (Apple & Samsung preferred). PC repair experience a bonus but not essential. Being your families go to IT support.

• Commercial mindset: If you’re passionate and driven, we will teach you how to ensure your tech work is profitable.

• Reliability: Solid job tenure and a track record of being dependable.
