Key Responsibilities

• Operate earthmoving machinery, including loaders, excavators, and other farm equipment.

• Receive and distribute feedstocks for composts from businesses within the waste industry.

• Process, move, and manage compost materials.

• Slash grass and maintain paddocks, roadways, and surrounding grounds.

• Carry out general farm maintenance, including repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of machinery and infrastructure.

• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.

• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.

• Have experience operating earthmoving machinery safely and efficiently.

• Be physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
