Job summary

Geelong Cemeteries Trust is seeking a permanent, full-time Client Services Consultant to support families, funeral directors and community members in arranging burial, cremation and memorial services.

The role combines face-to-face appointments, service coordination and administration, with a focus on compassionate client care and professional guidance. You will work 8:15am-5:15pm, Monday to Friday, in Geelong and have access to training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage bookings and documentation with accuracy.
• Compassionate and professional approach when supporting families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face client appointments to discuss burial, cremation and memorial options.
• Coordinate arrangements with families and funeral directors.
• Provide clear information and guidance on services and products.
• Maintain accurate client records and processing bookings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality client care.
