Claro Disability Services in Greenfield Park, NSW, seeks a compassionate Support Worker to provide person-centered care to clients with complex needs in community settings. The role offers flexible casual shifts and opportunities to make a real impact.

You will assist with mobility, daily tasks, medical supports, and social participation, working with families and health professionals to deliver coordinated care. Training is provided and career development is encouraged.
