Job summary

Claro Disability Services is hiring for casual, part-time disability support workers in Australia. You will work with clients with complex needs, delivering personalized care, mobility support, daily tasks, and social engagement across varied shifts.

You’ll collaborate with families and clinical teams to tailor supports to individual goals, respecting culture and autonomy while maintaining professional, compassionate care in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Person-centered planning: chat with client and family to understand goals.
• Complex physical care: mobility, transfers, positioning, daily tasks and devices.

• Autonomy and advocacy: support decision-making and independence.
