Job summary

Sunnyfield Community Hub in Toronto, NSW, is hiring to deliver personalised support and build independence for participants. The role offers rostered hours around 27.5 hours per week, with shifts 7am–5pm, Monday to Friday, and salary packaging to boost take-home pay.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering person-centred support to people with disability.
• Ability to work in a team and in a collaborative environment.
• Calm and confident when supporting people with complex behaviours.
• Flexible and willing to cover shifts 7am–5pm, Monday to Friday.
