Job summary

Sunnyfield's Community Hub in Tweed Heads is seeking a dedicated Disability Support role to assist participants with everyday tasks and independence. You will deliver personalised support, help with personal care, and enable engagement in social activities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability support services.
• Ability to work flexible hours across the day.
• Clear checks required (NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC and National Criminal History Record Check).
