Job summary

Sunnyfield Disability Services is hiring a part-time disability support worker on school-friendly hours (9am–3pm, Mon–Fri) to help participants live independently and participate in daily living activities. You'll work closely with a supportive team to deliver person-centred care and meaningful activities.

You will support personal care, social activities, and skill development while building positive relationships with participants and families.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening and National Criminal History Record Check completed.
• Provide 2 references.
• Hold a current driver’s license.
