Job summary

Sunnyfield Disability Services in Sydney is seeking dedicated support workers to deliver personalised care and help participants live more independently. This role offers regular rosters, flexible hours and the chance to make a real difference in people’s lives within a supportive, team‑oriented culture.

You will assist with personal care and daily living, support social activities and skill development, and maintain accurate records and safe practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability support preferred.
• Able to work mornings and afternoons.
• Clear relevant checks (NDIS Worker Screening and National Criminal History Record Check).
• Holding a current driver’s license.
