Job summary

Sunnyfield's Community Hub in Cessnock is hiring a disability support worker to deliver personalised support that builds independence. You will assist with personal care, support social activities and skill development, and build positive relationships with participants and families.

Sunnyfield is a 74-year-old organisation focused on belonging, training and peer guidance. The role offers flexible rosters between 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday, with an emphasis on safety and accurate

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in disability support.
• Clear checks: NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC and National Criminal History Record Check.
• Must hold a current driver’s license.
• Provide 2 references.
• Must be able to work across all hours of the day.
