Job summary

Sunnyfield's Community Hub in Singleton is hiring to provide personalised support that helps participants live more independently.

Join a supportive, team‑oriented culture with training and guidance, flexible rosters and salary packaging to boost take‑home pay. You will work across 7am–7pm on regular or casual rosters, and help people with disability build skills and participate in social activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in disability.
• Able to work across flexible rosters between 7am–7pm.
• Thrives in a collaborative team with training and guidance.
• Calm and confident when supporting people with complex behaviours.
