Job summary

Sunnyfield's Community Hub in Toronto is hiring a dedicated support worker to help people with disability live more independent lives. You’ll deliver personalised support, assist with personal care, support social activities, and build strong relationships with participants and families.

You’ll thrive in a collaborative team, stay calm with complex behaviours, and meet clear checks. Must have at least 2 years of disability experience, valid checks, and a driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in disability support or-related field
• Ability to work across varied shifts and flexible rosters
• Calm and confident when supporting people with complex behaviours
