Job summary

Sunnyfield Disability Services in Cessnock is hiring a compassionate Community Support Worker to help people live independently and participate fully in their communities.

You will deliver personalised support, assist with personal care, support social activities and skill development, and build positive relationships with participants and families while maintaining accurate records and safe practices. Qualifications

• Disability sector experience (minimum 2 years).
• NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, and National Criminal History Check required.
• Provide 2 references.
• Hold a current driver’s license.
