Job summary

Sunnyfield Disability Services in Terry Hills is seeking caring team members to deliver personalised support that helps clients build independence and participate in community activities.

You will contribute to personal care, daily living support, and social activities while maintaining accurate records within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Able to work mornings and afternoons.
• Clear NDIS Worker Screening and National Criminal History checks.
• Hold a current driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised support that builds independence.

• Support social activities and skill development.
