Job summary

Northern Health is seeking an Administration Officer to oversee the administrative and reception functions of two community mental health clinics across Mernda and Craigieburn. The role supports clinical staff and other administrators at both campuses.

The position requires experience with contemporary public health applications/databases, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience and good working knowledge of contemporary applications and databases in public health.
• Proven ability to work independently, and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated, exemplary, interpersonal, communication and patient-facing skills.
• Flexibility, working across two campuses, 5 days per fortnight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative and reception functions of two busy community mental health clinics.
• Coordinate day-to-day management of IT applications/databases and workflows across two campuses.
