Job summary

Northern Health is seeking an Administration Officer to support the Community Mental Health teams at Mernda and Craigieburn. The role will oversee administrative and reception duties across two busy clinics, and provide support to existing administration officers and clinical staff.

You will coordinate day-to-day IT applications and databases, and manage workflows across both campuses, contributing to smooth service delivery within the public health setting.

Qualifications

• Experience using contemporary applications and databases in public health.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and patient-facing skills.
