Qualifikationen

• Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high-volume retail.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Customer-focused approach to service and sales.
• Ability to track store sales and drive targets.

• Lead, grow and develop a team of paid employees and volunteers.
• Ensure extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every time.
• Embed exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards.
• Meet and exceed sales and KPI performance.
• Champion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement.
• Build and support the volunteer workforce and engage with the local community.
• Role-model a 'safety first' culture in store.
• Use the company's mission and values to support decision making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store.
