St Vincent de Paul Society (NSW) is seeking a Retail Area Manager based in Campbelltown, NSW. The role oversees a network of Vinnies stores across Wollongong, Campbelltown and Southern Highlands, with travel across the region.

You will lead diverse teams, drive sales, manage budgets and uphold high standards of service, merchandising and donor stewardship. Prior multi-site retail leadership and a current NSW driver license are required.

Competenze

• Relevant qualifications and/or significant experience in retail, business or operational management.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site retail operations and deliver commercial results.
• Current NSW Driver Licence and the ability to travel regularly throughout the region.

• Lead, inspire and develop teams of paid employees and volunteers across multiple store locations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create welcoming shopping experiences for every customer, every time.
• Drive sales performance, productivity and key business outcomes while effectively managing budgets and operational costs.
• Maintain outstanding visual merchandising and operational standards across all stores.
• Champion the voice of the donor by ensuring the highest standards of product sorting, pricing, presentation and stock quality.
• Build and strengthen the volunteer workforce while fostering positive relationships within the local community.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop store leaders, building capability and succession within the team.
• Use the Society’s mission and values to guide decision-making and act as an ambassador for Vinnies both within the organisation and in the community.
