Job summary

Meli is seeking a Program Support Officer to bring its Community Hubs to life across Poa Banyul and Yirrama, creating inclusive spaces that invite people to connect and access services.

You will coordinate bookings, manage spaces and facilities, foster strong relationships with hirers and partners, and provide reliable operational support to ensure events run smoothly and hubs stay welcoming.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in administration or similar discipline.
• Strong coordination and organisational skills as it relates to community hub facilitation.
• Strong engagement, communication, and conflict resolution skills across a diverse range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and inclusive experience for hub visitors and community members.
• Coordinate bookings, spaces and facilities so community activities run smoothly.
• Build positive relationships with hirers, suppliers and internal and external partners.
• Strengthen hub participation through accurate information, engaging promotions and reliable operational support.
