Djerriwarrh Community & Education Services in Melton is seeking a suitably qualified Neighbourhood House Coordinator to lead strategic planning, program development, and day-to-day operations of our Neighbourhood House activities, including special projects.

The role requires a tertiary qualification in community development and at least two years’ experience in the community sector, with a focus on volunteer management and partnerships.

• Tertiary qualification in Community development or similar discipline plus a minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in the community sector.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic planning, program development, volunteer management and day-to-day operations of Neighbourhood House activities, including special projects.
• Ensure Neighbourhood House direction and policies comply with the service agreement.
