Job summary

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Community development or similar discipline plus a minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in the community sector.

• Lead strategic planning for Neighbourhood House and direct policy alignment with service agreements.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and program development for the Neighbourhood House.
• Coordinate volunteers and ensure safe, accountable activities.
• Collaborate with partner agencies and local stakeholders to identify community needs.
