Djerriwarrh Community College in Melton, VIC seeks a Neighbourhood House Coordinator to lead strategic planning, program development, volunteer management and daily operations of the Neighbourhood House with a focus on community outcomes.

The role includes steering special projects such as Homework Club and the Good Shepherd NILs program; Djerriwarrh is a Child Safe Organisation supporting inclusive, culturally safe environments. Aboriginal and culturally diverse applicants are encouraged.

Competenze

• Tertiary qualification in Community development or similar discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in the community sector.

• Oversee strategic planning, program development, volunteer management and day‑to‑day operations of the Neighbourhood House.
