Ballina Shire Council is seeking a part-time, customer-focused individual to join the Community Facilities team. You will provide welcoming, well-managed facilities, assist with bookings, invoicing and a range of admin tasks, and help promote programs and events.

The role operates across weekdays, evenings and weekends with a roster; hours are 28 per week, initially Wed, Thu, Fri and Sat, subject to change to meet needs.

Qualifications

• Proven highly developed customer service and administration skills.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and organising schedules and resources.
• Proven written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide administrative support for community facilities.
• Assist with set-up and pack down of events and manage bookings and invoicing.
• Promote Council’s facilities and support planning, coordination and delivery of programs and events.
