Qualifications

• Completion of Certificate III in a relevant field or extensive relevant work experience.
• Proven highly developed customer service skills in a face-to-face setting, including cash handling and reconciliations.
• Demonstrated computer literacy with Microsoft 365 and other corporate software.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Willingness to undergo a criminal history check.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and accurate information and assistance to internal and external customers.
• Deliver friendly, professional and responsive customer service to enhance Council’s public image.
• Receive and reconcile cash, cheque and card payments accurately.
