Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the front desk and foster a welcoming environment.
• Facilitate introductions and relationship-building among members.
• Manage onboarding, tours, inductions, and welcome packs.
• Lead and coordinate member events and workshops.
• Promote events across locations and assist with setup.
• Audit supplies and ensure event logistics.
• Ensure workspace operations and maintenance.
• Manage inventory, cleaning liaison, and safety standards.
• Respond to member inquiries promptly and maintain CRM records.
• Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting.
