The Commons invites a proactive Community Manager to energise our Melbourne space. You will nurture a thriving, inclusive community, coordinate events, and lead a small team to deliver exceptional member experiences.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to sustain a welcoming, high‑performing environment. As the heartbeat of the space, you’ll manage member relations, oversee facilities, and drive initiatives that support member growth and retention, ensuring a standout community

Qualifications

• Experience building and nurturing inclusive communities.
• Ability to plan and execute engaging events.
• Strong leadership with coaching and feedback skills.
• Sales and negotiation experience for memberships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee member experience and act as main point of contact for members.
• Plan and deliver events aligned with brand standards.
• Manage facilities and daily operations of the space.
• Lead and develop the Community Team; conduct performance discussions.
