Artemus Group is hiring passionate Commis Chefs to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced hospitality group. Whether starting out or advancing your culinary career, you’ll learn from experienced chefs and develop your skills while contributing to high standards of quality and presentation.

Formación

• Previous experience as a cook or a commis chef.
• A genuine passion for cooking and hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment.
• Great attention to detail and pride in your work.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Asian or Chinese cuisine is advantageous, but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the chefs with daily kitchen preparation and service.
• Preparing ingredients and assisting across different sections of the kitchen.
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency.
• Keeping your section clean, organised and well stocked.
• Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.
• Working as part of a collaborative and energetic kitchen team.
• Learning new techniques and developing your culinary skills.
