IHG Hotels & Resorts’ Shiki Japanese Restaurant is hiring hospitality professionals for a part-time role with a guaranteed minimum 20 hours per week in Adelaide. You’ll join a team famed for authentic cuisine, great service, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional kitchen experience.
• Ability to manage a section independently or with minimal supervision.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and production of high-quality dishes.
• Own your workstation and manage supplies, equipment, and waste.
• Maintain cleanliness to meet HACCP standards.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Contribute to menu development and daily specials.
• Collaborate with the demi chef, Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to ensure smooth operations.
