Atura Adelaide, part of EVT, is seeking a commis chef to join our kitchen team. This role offers hands-on experience across hotel dining operations and the chance to grow within a market-leading experience company.

You will work with our kitchen crew to prepare breakfast or dinner services, uphold food safety standards, and contribute to a positive, teamwork-driven environment across EVT’s portfolio of hotels and venues.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience as a commis chef working in hotels, restaurants or bistros.
• Experience working across different sections of the kitchen is ideal, but we can train you.
• A passion for cooking good food and for working breakfast or dinner shifts.
• A strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and WH&S practices.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow kitchen procedures.
• A willingness to learn across all kitchen areas.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a professional attitude.
