Job summary

EVT is hiring Full-Time & Casual Commis Chefs for its Atura Oran Park property. You will join a dynamic team across kitchen stations, with focus on food safety, efficiency and learning across all areas.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a restaurant, bistro or hotel.
• Experience on larder and fryer sections is ideal.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WH&S practices.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow kitchen procedures.
• Passion for food preparation and willingness to learn across all kitchen areas.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a professional attitude.
• Comply with hotel policies, WH&S guidelines, and maintain strong product knowledge.
