Job summary

EVT Limited in Perth, WA, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will produce high-quality dishes across all services, prepare sauces and desserts, and uphold strict hygiene and safety standards.

• Experience as Chef de Partie.
• Solid understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Passion for quality produce and thoughtful, well executed dishes.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Commitment to high hygiene, safety and presentation.
• Collaborative mindset and a genuine love of hospitality.
• Clear communication and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality dishes across all services in line with Shadow’s standards.
• Prepare sauces, soups, hot dishes, salads, sandwiches, desserts and specialty items.
• Maintain strong recipe knowledge for all menu items.
• Uphold portion control, quality control and waste minimisation practices.
• Monitor food storage, rotation and cleanliness to meet hotel and WH&S standards.
• Ensure all standard recipes are followed across outlets.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within required timeframes.
• Foster a collaborative, respectful working environment within the kitchen and service teams.
• Comply with all operational policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Care for and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Attend scheduled meetings and support the team with additional duties as required.
