Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience within HVAC or building services.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical plant, upgrades, and asset lifecycle planning.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement.
• Commercial awareness and ability to identify customer value.
• Confidence presenting solutions and influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop HVAC retrofit, asset replacement, and mechanical upgrade opportunities across the Sydney market.
• Engage customers to understand operational, financial, and sustainability challenges.
• Work with engineering, estimating, service, and operations teams to tailor solutions.
• Build relationships with building owners, facilities managers, consultants, contractors, and property professionals.
• Guide opportunities from initial engagement through proposal development, negotiation, contract award, and handover.
• Influence project specifications and Johnson Controls as the partner of choice.
• Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities and deliver against growth targets.
• Provide market insights and identify emerging customer needs and trends.
