Job summary

ActronAir, a premier Australian HVAC innovator, is seeking a commercially sharp Business Development Executive, Commercial to grow its commercial client portfolio in Perth, WA. You will drive expansion of unit sales and build strong relationships with contractors, HVAC consultants and specifiers across the ActronAir network.

You will combine market research, strategic account management, and cross-functional project support to ensure ActronAir remains the brand of choice in commercial

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial HVAC sales / account management.
• Mechanical Engineer or HVAC Trade Professional looking to move into sales.
• Experience in related heavy/technical industries such as Oil & Gas, industrial equipment, or building services.

Responsibilities

• Accounts & Relationship Management: maintain regular call cycles with contractors, consultants and specifiers; update clients on marketing, training and technical releases.
• Market Analysis & Business Development: conduct field research and competitor analysis across major commercial segments; identify growth channels.
• Product & Strategy Input: collaborate with Product Managers and State Sales Managers to share market feedback and assist with new product development.
• Commercial Project Support: work with Customer Care and Project Sales Support to brief stakeholders and track milestones; ensure delivery meets client expectations.
• Reporting & Industry Engagement: develop quarterly call plans and monthly action plans; represent ActronAir at trade shows and events.
