Hisense Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to grow dealer networks and expand commercial channels across Australia. You’ll recruit, train, and support dealers and emerging partners, and build strong partnerships with builders and contractors to drive Hisense HVAC growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management in the Air Conditioning or associated trade industry
• Strong ability to build and grow dealer networks
• Experience identifying and winning commercial opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, self-motivated, and resilient mindset
• A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly

Responsibilities

• Build & Grow Dealer Networks: recruit, onboard, and support new and emerging dealers
• Expand Commercial Opportunities: develop relationships with builders, consultants, and contractors; manage a strong pipeline
• Engage, Train & Support Partners: deliver product training and represent Hisense at events
• Work Cross-Functionally: collaborate with State Sales Manager, product teams, marketing, and operations
