Job summary

Reece Group, a leading Australian supplier of plumbing and bathroom products, is seeking a customer-service focused team member for our Carole Park HVAC branch. You’ll help builders and tradespeople access products, provide quotes in person and over the phone, and keep the branch running smoothly.

Typical day includes offering product information, picking/packing, stock control, keeping the branch tidy and safe, and occasional deliveries using a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Able to use a computer and learn new systems.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and product information.
• Offer quotes in person and over the phone.
• Undertake pick, packing and stock control duties.
• Keep the branch tidy and safe.
• Occasional deliveries using a company vehicle.
