Latrobe Valley Enterprises in Morwell, Victoria is seeking a Commercial Manager to drive business growth. You will lead business development, sales, tendering, account management and marketing initiatives, building strategic partnerships and converting leads into sustainable outcomes.

You will collaborate with Operations and Finance on pricing, profitability and governance while expanding the customer base and revenue across the not-for-profit portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales and commercial management.
• Track record of developing customer relationships and converting opportunities into outcomes.
• Experience with tenders, proposals, commercial negotiations or contract development.
• Strong pricing and profitability understanding; excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilités

• Identify and secure new business opportunities, customers, contracts and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and deliver revenue targets.
• Identify tender opportunities and coordinate proposals, quotations and submissions.
• Work with Operations and Finance on pricing, commercial viability and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and key accounts.
• Promote LVE’s products, services and capabilities to commercial customers and stakeholders.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, brand development, social media and e-commerce activities.
• Monitor commercial performance, sales forecasts and KPIs, reporting progress and opportunities to management.
