Cut Fast Send is hiring for a CNC Laser Operator / Production All-Rounder on a hands-on role. You will program and operate a CNC fibre laser, handle materials and contribute to quality checks while learning a 6-axis CNC press brake and our in-house software.
No laser experience is required as training will be provided; attitude, initiative and a willingness to learn are valued above specific machine experience. Forklift skills are a plus.
Want to work where manufacturing is heading, not where its been?

At Cut Fast Send, we're making custom manufacturing easier.
Customers upload their files online, receive instant pricing and have precision cut parts delivered to their door in days. No endless email chains. No waiting weeks for a quote. Just fast, accurate manufacturing powered by great people and great technology.
We're a growing Australian manufacturer specialising in CNC laser cutting, CNC folding and powder coating, serving everyone from hobbyists and start ups to engineers, fabricators and manufacturers across the country.
We're investing in equipment, improving our systems and building something genuinely exciting. Now we're looking for the right person to grow with us.
This isn't your typical manufacturing job.
You'll be programming and operating our CNC fibre laser, handling materials, sorting parts and checking quality. You'll also learn our Trumpf 6 axis CNC press brake and use our custom built software to keep orders and production moving.
This is a hands on, varied role for someone who enjoys technology, solving problems and making cool parts for our customers.
No laser experience? No problem. We'll teach you the machines and processes. Attitude, initiative and a willingness to learn matters far more than experience with a particular machine.
Programming and operating our CNC fibre laser.
Loading and unloading steel, aluminium and stainless steel sheets.
Sorting parts, reading job information and performing quality checks.
Operating our CNC press brake as part of a varied production role.
Updating orders and tracking jobs through our in house software.
Monitoring machine performance and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
We're looking for a thinker, not just a machine operator.
You'll take pride in your work, solve problems, show initiative and enjoy learning new skills. You're comfortable with computers, can work independently and want to contribute to a team.
Manufacturing or CNC experience is an advantage, but not essential. A current forklift licence will be highly regarded.
Most importantly, you bring a great attitude, enjoy having a laugh and want to do a good job.
We're a small operation with big picture growth plans, and continuous improvement happens every day.
You won't be another cog in a large manufacturing machine that struggles to change. We're building a business that can move quickly, adapt and embrace new ideas.
Whether it's improving a process, changing how we manage jobs or investing in new machinery, your ideas matter, and you'll have the opportunity to drive them.
As the business grows, so can you. For the right person, there's an opportunity to progress into a Leading Hand role and take on greater responsibility.
Learn new skills: We'll train you in laser programming, machine operation, folding and production systems.
Work with technology: Be part of a business combining modern manufacturing with custom built software.
Make a real impact: Your ideas can directly influence how we work and grow.
Build a career: Develop your skills and grow with the company.
Great team culture: No politics. No egos. Just good people working hard and having a laugh along the way.
Competitive pay: We recognise good people are hard to find and worth keeping.
