Job summary

GCI Group on the Gold Coast is seeking a motivated Machine Operator to join our established manufacturing team. You will receive full training on our press brake and laser cutting machines and have the opportunity to learn and develop essential operating skills.

The role is full-time with overtime, day and afternoon shifts, and ongoing support. Candidates who are reliable, detail-focused, able to follow instructions, and enjoy teamwork will fit well; prior factory experience is an advantage but

Job description

GCI Group has been a leader in laser cutting and sheet metal fabrication for over 20 years. We are looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our team as a Machine Operator.

This is a great opportunity to learn and develop your machine operating skills within an established Australian manufacturing business. Full training will be provided on our press brake and/or laser cutting machines.

About you:

• Reliable and willing to learn
• Good attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions
• Comfortable working in a team
• Previous factory or manufacturing experience is an advantage, but not essential
