Job summary

Compas Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead ICT programs in a complex Australian Government environment. You will coordinate delivery across agile, waterfall and hybrid approaches, manage scope, schedule, budget and risks, and drive stakeholder outcomes with multidisciplinary teams.

This role requires strong leadership, governance, and coordination to ensure successful transition into business-as-usual operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience delivering and managing ICT functions and programs in government or large enterprise environments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams using Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, including coaching and motivating technical and non-technical teams.

Delivery Manager | ICT Programs

Lead and coordinate ICT delivery across a complex Australian Government environment, managing programs, operational activities, multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder outcomes across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches.

Location:ACT
Contract Duration: 12 months, possible 2 x 12-month extension
Security Clearance Requirement: NV1
Closing Date: 10.00am, Monday 24th August 2026

Essential Tasks
