Job summary

Compas Pty Ltd in Canberra invites a Cyber Security Technical Delivery Lead to own the delivery of high-priority uplift projects across complex ICT environments. The role requires Baseline clearance and proven ability to drive multi-team execution.

Cyber Security Technical Delivery Lead | Baseline Cleared

Take the lead on high-priority cyber security uplift initiatives across complex ICT environments. This senior delivery role will see you provide authoritative technical leadership, coordinate implementation across multiple teams and service providers, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure cyber uplift outcomes align with architectural, assurance and security requirements.

Canberra, ACT

Contract Duration: Until 30 June 2027, with possible 2 x 12-month extensions

Security Clearance Requirement: Current Baseline clearance required

Closing Date: ASAP

Essential Tasks:

• Lead the technical delivery of cyber security uplift activities across complex ICT systems and environments.
• Translate cyber uplift priorities, assurance findings and architectural guidance into executable delivery actions.
• Direct delivery sequencing, technical dependencies and implementation activities across multiple teams and service providers.
• Manage delivery risks, constraints and performance while providing clear reporting and briefings to governance stakeholders.

Key Criteria:

• Demonstrated experience in cyber security, ICT or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience leading or coordinating technical delivery within complex ICT environments.
• Sound understanding of cyber security controls, implementation practices and assurance requirements.
• Experience working with technical teams and service providers to successfully deliver security uplift initiatives.
