Job summary

Central Coast Local Health District is seeking a Research Support Officer to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Centralised Clinical Trials Support Unit within the Research Office at Gosford. You will assist with CTMS data quality, system administration, reporting, and KPI compliance to ensure smooth trial activities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative support within a complex and demanding environment.
• Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing meeting minutes, reports and correspondence.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Experience using a range of computer systems and software applications, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of clinical trial processes, with experience using a CTMS is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CTSU coordinating workflows and priorities.
• Support the Reporting Manager through the preparation of reports, presentations, correspondence, meeting minutes, CDAs, and other trial documentation.
• Manage enquiries and provide responsive customer service to clinical trial workforce and stakeholders.
• Support the CTMS implementation, maintenance, and KPI reporting and data quality management.
• Participate in CTMS meetings and coordinate stakeholder engagements and events.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and administrative support for trial delivery.
