Job summary

Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Trials Coordinator (CTC) to support and coordinate multiple NSLHD Clinical trial units. This temporary full-time role (until 12 December 2027) sits within the NSLHD Research Directorate, offering a 38-hour week and a Health Manager Level 2 classification with a weekly salary of approximately AUS $2,277.20–$2,686.95.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification(s) and/or equivalent experience in planning, coordination and conducting industry-sponsored multi-centre clinical trials.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail, prioritising work load to meet conflicting and critical deadlines.
• Highly developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Understanding of legal, ethical and regulatory requirements for research per ICH-GCP; current GCP certification.

• Manage the patient caseload for each study and coordinate all study-specific procedures.
• Coordinate and support trial activities across NSLHD Research Directorate and trial sites.
• Participate in team meetings and liaise with investigators, sponsors and participants.
