NSW Health is seeking a highly organised Centralised Floating Clinical Trial Coordinator to support the Clinical Trials Support Unit. You will coordinate trials across departments, assist with start-up, recruitment, follow-up visits and close-out, while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating or managing clinical trials, research projects or health-related programs.
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP), governance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects.
• High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate clinical trials across multiple departments and study portfolios.
• Support participant screening, consent, follow-up visits and safety monitoring.
• Maintain trial documentation, databases and investigator site files.
• Liaise with investigators, sponsors and CROs for site initiation visits and monitoring.
