Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Trials Coordinator (CTC) to support and coordinate multiple NSLHD Clinical trial units. This temporary full-time role (until 12 December 2027) sits within the NSLHD Research Directorate, offering a 38-hour week and a Health Manager Level 2 classification with a weekly salary of approximately AUS $2,277.20–$2,686.95.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification(s) and/or equivalent experience in planning, coordination and conducting industry-sponsored multi-centre clinical trials.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail, prioritising work load to meet conflicting and critical deadlines.
• Highly developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Understanding of legal, ethical and regulatory requirements for research per ICH-GCP; current GCP certification.

The CTC will work with NSLHD Research Directorate which provides support and resources to research groups across NSLHD.

The CTC will manage the patient caseload for each study, conducting, and coordinating all aspects of study-specific and study-required procedures

• Relevant tertiary qualification/s and/or equivalent experience in the planning, coordination and conducting of industry-sponsored multi-centre clinical research trials.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail, prioritising work load to meet conflicting and critical deadlines.
• Highly developed communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work independently and within an multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated understanding of the legal, ethical and regulatory requirements for research as per ICH-GCP and other national guidelines; and current GCP certification.
