Job summary

Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Trials Coordinator to support and coordinate multiple NSLHD Clinical trial units. This temporary full-time position sits at Health Manager Level 2, with weekly remuneration of AUD 2,277.20–2,686.95 and a 38-hour week.

The role involves managing patient caseloads, coordinating study procedures, and ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory standards. Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience in coordinating industry-sponsored multi-centre clinical trials.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail and deadline-driven.
• Strong teamwork and independence; ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements; current GCP certification.
