Job summary

Central Coast Local Health District in Gosford is seeking a Centralised Floating Clinical Trial Coordinator to provide end-to-end coordination of trials across multiple departments and study portfolios within the Clinical Trials Support Unit (CTSU).

You will support all stages of trial delivery, from start-up and recruitment to close-out, working with investigators, sponsors and CROs to ensure governance, safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in coordination or management of clinical trials or health projects.
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, governance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
• High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to work independently while ensuring participant safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical trials across multiple departments and study portfolios.
• Support screening, recruitment, informed consent and follow-up visits.
• Maintain accurate trial documentation and electronic data capture systems.
• Manage adverse event reporting in line with protocols and regulations.
• Liaise with investigators, sponsors and CROs to support site initiation and monitoring.
