Job summary

NSW Health is seeking a Research Support Officer in Gosford to deliver high-level administrative and operational support for the CTSU. You will assist with CTMS implementation, data quality, KPI reporting, and documentation such as CDAs and meeting minutes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative support within a complex environment.
• Proven organisational skills to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication for reports and minutes.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with CTMS is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CTSU and coordinate workflows.
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, meeting minutes, CDAs, and other documentation.
• Manage enquiries and provide responsive service to trial teams and stakeholders.
• Support CTMS implementation, data quality, KPI reporting, and system maintenance.
• Coordinate meetings, education sessions, and trial events with internal and external stakeholders.
